These terms govern use of the Astec website at astecasphaltplant.com and related inquiry services for asphalt mixing plants, concrete batching equipment and road construction machinery.

Specifications, capacity curves, baghouse CFM figures and burner ratings published on this site are for engineering guidance. Final contractual values are confirmed in written quotations after moisture design, fuel slate and permit constraints are reviewed by Astec plant engineers.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase order. Lead times for continuous drum plants, concrete batchers and commissioning services are estimates until confirmed in a formal quotation. Export compliance, Incoterms and stack-permit documentation are agreed separately.
Site content, plant diagrams, capacity worksheets and trademarks remain the property of Astec or its licensors. You may not copy technical packs for competing plant offerings without written consent.
To the extent permitted by law, Astec is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use, including decisions made solely from unpublished or outdated draft specifications. Contractual liability for delivered plants follows the sales agreement.
